My Workflows
Your filters are saved and persisted, even when you log out. You can reset the filters with the "Reset filters & sort" button You can open workflow instances, processes and tasks directly from the table, if they are accessible to your user. | |
| My recent Tasks The list shows all the new tasks you did not visit already. You can set the day limit in the settings, to only show tasks from a certain timeframe. | |
| My Substitutions Here you can see all the substitution rules, that are revelvant to your user. If the option is enabled by the FireStart Admin, you can open the substitution rule settings directly from the widget, to manage your substitution rules. | |
| Current Workflows In this section, all current workflows are shown, as a doughnut diagram. In the legends of the diagram, the name of the execution is displayed. | |
| Favorites A list of all your favorite models. You can remove models from your favorite list by hovering over them and clicking on the delete icon. | |
| Completed Tasks The completed tasks will be shown in a line chart. The months will be used as line points. E.g., if you complete lots of tasks in June then your line chart point will move up. | |
| My Roles This section displays the role models and roles you are a part of. You can navigate to the model or show the usages of your roles by clicking on them. | |
| Recent Models A list of the most recently viewed models you have opened is shown with the date and time of your last visit. | |
